Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the public Let There Be Matcha website and its event-registration features. Event-specific terms shown on an event page or confirmation form part of the applicable arrangement.
Effective: 8 September 2026. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
1. Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal and business interactions with Let There Be Matcha. You must not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, bypass access controls, scrape protected areas, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent registrations, or interfere with event administration.
2. Information and availability
We try to keep menus, prices, hours, event details, and availability accurate. Items, ingredients, prices, schedules, capacities, and opening hours may change. A website error does not create an obligation to provide a product, event place, or price that is clearly incorrect where correction is permitted by law.
3. Events and experiences
Each event may have its own capacity, admission type, schedule, age guidance, inclusions, house rules, payment requirements, or cancellation terms. Those event-specific details take priority over general descriptions elsewhere on the website.
4. Registration
Submitting a registration does not necessarily mean that a place is confirmed. Your registration status, reference number, admission type, and payment status shown on the confirmation/status page or official LTBM communication determine the current state of the booking.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and for reviewing the event date, time, location, admission terms, and status before attending. Duplicate, abusive, automated, or fraudulent registrations may be cancelled or blocked.
5. Free, Early Bird, and paid admission
Where an event uses free allocations, Early Bird pricing, regular paid admission, or other tiers, availability is determined by the event rules and remaining capacity. Early Bird offers may end when the stated allocation is claimed or when the stated deadline is reached, whichever occurs first. Any payment instructions and refund/cancellation terms shown on the event page or official payment communication apply to that event.
6. Attendance, safety, and conduct
Guests must follow reasonable venue, food-safety, event, and staff instructions. Tell us about relevant allergies or dietary restrictions when an event asks for that information, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment unless expressly stated. We may refuse or end participation where reasonably necessary for safety, serious misconduct, harassment, fraud, or material disruption.
7. Event changes and cancellations
Events may be rescheduled, modified, postponed, or cancelled for operational, safety, weather, venue, instructor, force-majeure, or other reasonable reasons. Where a material change affects registered guests, we will use the contact information provided to communicate the available options consistent with applicable law and the event-specific terms.
8. Intellectual property
The LTBM and Rovers names, logos, branding, website design, copy, photography, event materials, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Rovers Coffee Corporation unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission except as allowed by law.
9. Third-party services
Maps, social platforms, payment providers, and other third-party services have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, without affecting responsibilities that Philippine law places on us.
10. Responsibility and legal rights
The website is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for losses that are too remote or not reasonably foreseeable from the relevant breach. This clause does not exclude liability or consumer/data-protection rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute should first be raised with us so the parties can attempt a practical resolution, without preventing either party from using rights or remedies available under applicable law.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms or an event may be sent to ltbm@rovers.coffee.
