These general terms apply to LTBM event registrations. Any event-specific admission, payment, cancellation, deposit, or no-show terms shown on the individual event page or communicated by LTBM also apply to that event.
A submitted form is recorded using the guest information provided. Where confirmation is required, the booking status shown on the guest's ticket is the current status of that registration. Tapping Confirm RSVP tells LTBM that the guest intends to attend; it does not replace any required payment, deposit, cancellation, or no-show terms.
Free, Early Bird, and regular paid allocations are subject to the event capacity and availability at the time the registration is accepted. The admission type and amount shown on the guest ticket are the applicable booking details.
For paid registrations, payment remains outstanding until the booking record is marked Paid or Waived by LTBM. Guests should keep a payment receipt or reference until their booking status is updated.
Event schedules, sessions, locations, and programme details may be updated. Guests should use their latest ticket details and any official LTBM email or message as the current event information.
Guests are responsible for providing a working email address and accurate contact information so LTBM can send confirmations, reminders, payment updates, and event notices.
